Check-in & check-out
Check-in is 3:00–5:00 PM; earlier or later by prior arrangement. Check-out is 11:00 AM. Guests are responsible for full payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure time.
Deposits & cancellation
For a single night, the full room rate plus tax is due at booking. For stays of two nights or more, a 50% deposit plus taxes is due at booking, and the remaining balance is due on the first day of your stay. Rates are subject to local sales tax. Deposits are non-refundable within 7 days of check-in. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are charged any remaining balance due on the reservation. On a case-by-case basis the owner may issue a credit or gift certificate for a portion of a pre-paid amount toward a future stay.
Cleaning fee
A one-time cleaning fee applies to every reservation and is added at the time of booking. The amount varies by room and does not change with the length of your stay.
Children
Children under 13 are not permitted in the Inn's rooms. Children of all ages are welcome in the suites.
Pets
Pets are not permitted in the Inn, the Suites, Gray Hawk Retreat, or on the Ramsey Canyon Preserve. We're glad to refer you to local boarding facilities if you're traveling with a pet.
Smoking & vaping
All rooms and suites are non-smoking. Smoking and vaping are permitted only in the designated area outside. A $250 cleaning fee is assessed per room with evidence of smoking or vaping inside.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available for guests; spaces accommodate average-size vehicles (sedan, SUV, truck).
Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Reservations and payments are handled by Skywing LLC dba Ramsey Canyon Inn. Reservation hours by phone are Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. You can book online anytime, or send a booking inquiry to lodging@ramseycanyoninn.com.
Gift certificates
Present gift certificates at check-in with a valid driver's license. They're transferable, but non-refundable and not redeemable for cash; any remaining balance can be used until the expiration date. Expiration dates apply to the dates of the stay, not the booking date.
Groups
Group reservations are welcome. Group deposit and cancellation terms are available on request.
Neighboring properties & groups
The Inn, Gray Hawk Retreat, and the Suites are separately owned neighbors, each with its own grounds, parking, and amenities for its own registered guests. Groups are welcome to book across more than one of them, and guests of one property are always welcome to drop in on friends staying at another for a social visit — but the amenities of each property are for its own guests, and a stay at one doesn't include the facilities of another.
Our grounds & good-neighbor policy
Ramsey Canyon Inn is not an event venue and does not host weddings, receptions, or events. Registered lodging guests are welcome to enjoy the grounds for small personal moments during their stay — a quiet and intimate ceremony, or family photos — with registered guests only, no outside attendees, and no amplified music, in keeping with the quiet residential character of the canyon. The same applies at the independently owned suites and Gray Hawk Retreat, each on its own grounds.
