Reservation hours are Monday through Saturday, 10:00 am to 5:00pm or you may book on line

Rates are subject to local sales tax. Prices are effective April 2, 2016 and are subject to change without notice. 

A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required on all reservations and must be paid when reservation is made. If only staying for one night the full amount is due. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, personal checks, traveler's checks and cash are accepted. 

Cancellations and Refunds - If you must cancel a reservation, your deposit less a $25.00 processing fee will be refunded only if we are notified 14 days or more prior to arrival date. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival are nonrefundable. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure time. 

Group Reservations are welcome. Group deposit and cancellation policy is available upon request. 

Arrival and Departure - Guests may check-in between 3:00 PM and 5:00pm, later or earlier check-ins by prior arrangements.

Check-out time is 11:00 am 

Smoking is permitted in the picnic area only. All rooms in the Inn and Suites are non-smoking. 

Pets are not permitted in the Inn or Suites or on the Preserve, we will be happy to refer you to local boarding facilities if you are traveling with a pet. 

Gift Certificates are available and may be used any time within 12 months of purchase date. Your hosts will be happy to help with arrangements for special occasions.
